Submission Step by Step Instruction

Important Dates for the Author

  • Deadline for Abstract Submission: 23:59, December 23, 2019 (GMT+8)

  • Notification of Abstract Audit Result: 23:59, January 9, 2020 (GMT+8)

  • Presenting author of an accepted abstract should register prior to 23:59, February 4, 2020 (GMT+8), in order to be included in the program of APPCS 2021.

Abstract Instruction

  • The abstract can be submitted only in English.

  • The maximum length of the Abstract Title is 20 words.

  • The first letter of each word should be capitalized in Abstract Title. (Except for prepositions, conjunctions, and articles)

  • The maximum length of the Abstract is 300 words.

  • The abstract can be cut and pasted from your manuscript, but be mindful of special symbols and word limit.

Summary of the Submission

  • The abstracts can be revised online; however, after the submission deadline, authors cannot make changes to the submitted abstracts.

  • Abstract Audit Result will be sent via an email.

  • Each registrant can present or represent up to 2 accepted abstracts.

Young Investigator Awards

  • Eligibility: The age under 40 years old only

Travel Awards

  • Eligibility: There is no age limit

Copyright & Legal Obligation

  • All information in the abstract submission, including authors’ names, affiliations, authors order of listing, and the content of abstract, will be used in the congress publications.

  • The contributor carries legal obligations of the abstract; any violation to a third party’s right will be the responsibility of the contributor him/herself.

  • APPCS 2020 has the copyright to use the abstract in the Congress for scientific purposes without any prior notice to the contributor/authors.
